That bill is designed to prevent the expropriation of wealth from the state to the working caste. No one proposed a bill like that when the bourgeoise got bail outs years ago, e.g., Goldman-Sachs, et. al, They want the continuance of the appropriation of the wealth from the bottom to the top. The only thing they give us is the debt!
